Terms of Service

Last updated 16 August 2026

These terms cover the QWeb Merchant Feed plugin, the qwebmerchantfeed.com website, and the hosted services the plugin connects to: licensing, updates and the feed audit.

1. Licence

A paid licence lets you activate the plugin on the number of WooCommerce stores your plan allows. You may move an activation between stores. A staging copy of a store you have already licensed does not need its own activation.

The free edition on WordPress.org is GPL-licensed and carries no activation limit.

2. What you are responsible for

You are responsible for the product data in your store and for whether your listings comply with Google's policies. The plugin reports problems and can correct formatting, but it cannot know that a product's description is accurate or that a claim in a title is substantiated.

3. What we do not promise

We do not promise that Google will approve your products. Merchant Center approval is Google's decision, made against policies Google changes without notice. What we promise is that the plugin reports what it finds and does not silently drop products.

4. Service availability

The audit is a hosted service and may be unavailable for maintenance. Feed generation runs on your own site and keeps working when our service does not, which is the reason it is built that way.

5. Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from your account page at any time; billing stops at the end of the current period and the licence stays valid until then. See the refund policy for money back.

6. Suspension

We may suspend a licence used outside the terms above, for example one activated on many more stores than the plan allows through repeated deactivation. We will contact you first where we reasonably can.

7. Liability

The plugin is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
