Refund Policy

We want QWeb Merchant Feed to earn its keep. If it does not, you get your money back.
30 days, no argument
Ask within 30 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify it and we will not put you through a support gauntlet first.
How to ask
Open a ticket from your account page, or email the support address on this site from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually clear within five working days.
Renewals
A renewal is refundable on the same terms. If you meant to cancel and the renewal caught you, say so and we will refund it.
What happens to the licence
The licence is deactivated when the refund is issued. The free edition on WordPress.org keeps working, and your generated feed file stays on your own server.
